Meet Eden

Immediately after graduating from university, I joined the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). After eight years, I decided to make Edmonton my home instead of taking yet another transfer. In 1979, I became a full-time real estate professional and have gained experience in every kind of market from recession to boom times. Over the last twenty-eight years, I have moved a very significant number of families. I have relocated many families several times and it is not uncommon for me to have worked with three generations of the same family.

I have been married to Karen since 1973 and enjoy a very close relationship with our children, Christopher and Alexandra.

A major part of my life since the early 70's has been the Martial Arts. I am the founder and most senior instructor for the Edmonton Goju-Kai Karate Club and also enjoy cross training in Iaido, Kenjutsu and Kali. I am also an active member and supporter of the YMCA and exercise +/- five times a week at the Jaime Platz YMCA.

I have also been an active member of Rotary since 1982 and have served in various club positions including president. I was honored with a Paul Harris fellowship and twice with the "Service Above Self" Award.

Another passion of mine includes hitting the road on my Harley Davidson. I have been an avid rider since my youth and often share this passion by donating a ride and lunch on the bike through silent auctions at various charity events. Visit my blog for awesome rides in Western Canada.
